Yoga Session šŸ§˜šŸ½ā€ā™‚ļø

On 8th of May, a yoga session was conducted at Divine Foundation by Nabhi Grover.

Main aim of the session was to make students aware of the importance of yoga.

The Session began with some interactive questions by Nabhi followed by warm up exercises.


Different stretching exercises to loosen the muscles and create flexibility was initiated.

After a quick water break, many aasans were performed such as kapalbharti, tadasana and their importance was emphasized.

Students gave a vote of thanks at the end of the session. The smile on their faces showed they really enjoy the session.
