A 2 day Medical Camp was organised at Divine Foundation on 5th November 2022.
Day 1- preprimary to Grade 6
Day 2- grade 7 to grade 12.
An informative talk on healthy diet and distinguishing it from unhealthy diet was explained to the students.
Height, Weight and BMI for each student was recorded.
The students learnt a lot about mindful eating, colourful plate method and their own body weight and height and how they could enhance their well-being.
Session ended with distribution of fruits to encourage them to continue eating healthy post the workshop.
